Grant and loan support increased in “Half of it is on Us”! President Erdoğan announced new figures

After the earthquakes that occurred in Istanbul on Wednesday, April 23, citizens started to research the Half Is On Us Campaign again.

Within the scope of the 'Half of It is on Us' campaign, 700 thousand lira grant and 700 thousand lira credit support were given to beneficiaries for a house. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced that this amount was increased at the AK Party Group Meeting held today.

President Erdoğan said, "We are at the service of Istanbul, at its command. We are putting a new decision into effect. We are increasing the support amount in the Half is on Us Campaign, we are increasing the grant amount from 700 thousand liras to 875 thousand, the credit support from 875 thousand, and the moving support amount from 100 thousand to 125 thousand liras. We do not have time to deal with anyone's ideological obsessions in urban transformation. Renewal of the building stock is an issue that cannot be postponed for us."

Congratulating the ministers and bureaucrats who stood by the people of Istanbul from the first moment of the 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul, Erdoğan said , "Without experiencing greater pain, we will join hands as 86 million people and manage the process with holistic planning. I invite all local governments and scientists to support this process."
